Team Meeting 6
TEAM MEETING 6
PURPOSE:
To finalize all plans!!!
To meet together with families (invite them to arrive in time for supper)
OUTLINE:
- Devotional (10 min.)
- Songs/Plans for Commissioning Service (15 min.)
- Tongue Assignment (5 min.)
How is everyone coming with this? Talk about how it should impact your trip.
- Review of Travel Plans (10 min.)
What time will you meet to go to airport?
How will you get there?
Will you all wear team shirts?
- Journaling/Devotional Guides (5 min.)
If possible, provide each member with a small notebook to journal the trip. Be sure everyone has a devotional guide. You may prepare your own or purchase these from MTW/Impact or a Christian bookstore.
- Important Information (15 min.)
Cover any last minute details you have forgotten along the way!
- Questions/Answers (10 min.)
- Dinner
This is for all team members, their families and friends. Everyone brings covered dishes to share.
