- On Team Meeting 1 the following are mentioned but they aren't on the site - Release Form for Minors, Release Form for Adults, Individual Health Information, Sexual Abuse Form
- Note - If these forms require people to print and sign them, then you could upload the electronic versions to the site for people to download. Do this by selecting Add an Attachment from the Page Toolbox on the right hand side of the screen.
- There is a page called Tongue Assignment under the Team Covenant page. Don't think you meant for this to be a subpage to Team Covenant. Use, MOVE PAGE from the Moderator Toolset drop down menu on the right.) I added links to all the documents on the Forms & Documents page.
